These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Jag Journey, LLC ("we", "us" or "our"), which runs jagjourney.com (the "Site"). Please read them before you use the Site.

1. Accepting These Terms

These Terms apply when you visit the Site, create an account, post a comment or send us a form. By doing any of those things, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

If you accept these Terms for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. What These Terms Cover

The Site tells you about Jag Journey, our products and our faith-centered work. Nothing is sold on the Site today.

Our products have their own websites and their own terms. When you buy or use a product, that product's terms apply, not these.

Product descriptions on the Site are a general overview. The product's own website has the current details, and if the two differ, rely on the product's website.

3. Age and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or post a comment, or at least 16 in the EEA and UK.

Give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. If you think someone else has your password, tell us right away through our contact form.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attack or disrupt the Site or our systems, including with malware or by overloading them.
• Probe, scan or test the Site or our systems for weaknesses.
• Copy the Site in bulk by automated means, other than through the search and AI crawlers our robots.txt file allows.
• Post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening or misleading, or send spam.
• Pretend to be someone else, or post anyone's private information without their permission.
• Break the rights of others, including their copyright, trademark and privacy rights.
• Use the Site for anything unlawful.

5. Comments and What You Post

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, show and copy it on the Site and in our backups for as long as it stays on the Site.

You confirm that you have the right to post it. We may hide, edit or remove anything you post, and we do not have to give a reason. We are not responsible for what other people post.

6. Our Content

We own the Site, its articles, images and design, along with the Jag Journey name and logo. You may read the Site, link to it and share links to it. You may quote a short passage if you credit us and link back to the page.

You may not republish a whole article, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Other product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.

If you think something on the Site infringes your copyright, tell us through our contact form. Include the page, the work you own and how we can reach you.

7. Information, Not Advice

Our articles, stories and pages share general information and encouragement. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health or other professional advice, and they do not replace a professional who knows your situation.

Technology and security guidance changes quickly, so check that it still applies before you rely on it.

If you or someone near you is in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

8. Links to Other Websites

The Site links to other websites, including our product websites, social media and our sources. Websites we do not run have their own rules, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THESE DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US $100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Indemnification

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jag Journey, LLC and its owners, employees and contractors against any third party claim, and any resulting losses, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees, that arise from:

• What you post on the Site.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your breach of the law or of anyone's rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time, and you can ask us to close your account through our contact form.

We may suspend or close your account, or block your access to the Site, if you break these Terms, if your use puts the Site or other people at risk, or if the law requires it.

Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 15 continue to apply after your account or these Terms end, along with any other section that by its nature should continue.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, USA.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the Site.

15. General Terms

• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written permission. We may assign these Terms, including to a company that takes over the Site.
• Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as far as needed, and the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or a term, we have not given it up.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site, and they replace any earlier agreement on that subject.
